Use the section written for the task you want to complete:
Platform
Section titled “Platform”For customers and administrators using the web console. It explains every available screen in plain language, from sign-in and tenant selection to devices, telemetry flows, raw data, and audit.
For developers and testers integrating with the Platform API. It contains authentication guides, error semantics, examples, a generated endpoint reference, and an interactive OpenAPI console that can send requests to the selected environment.
Technical
Section titled “Technical”For platform developers, operators, support, and AI agents. It describes the implemented architecture, every deployable service, contracts, data stores, Argo CD, OpenBao, operations, and troubleshooting paths.
Internal
Section titled “Internal”For the team building the platform. It records development principles, design philosophy, the current roadmap, open decisions, and future concepts that must not be confused with already available product features.

The currently implemented product includes authentication, tenant and organization administration, users and permissions, device inventory, visual telemetry-flow administration, audit, and idempotent Netmore raw storage. The typed flow pipeline and its workers are implemented behind disabled-by-default rollout gates; customer telemetry queries and CSV exports remain later slices.
